Current Role: In my current position as Deputy General Manager for Business Development and Partnerships at the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, I have been instrumental in driving technological innovation and promoting gender balance through the leadership of the Gender Balance Center. I actively engage in committees, lead strategic transformation initiatives, and advocate for equal opportunities in the workplace.

• Technology Impact: One of my notable achievements is spearheading the development of an online observatory with national and international indicators. This initiative demonstrates my commitment to using technology for societal impact while respecting cultural sensitivities and striving for widespread acceptance. I founded the Saudi Lady Geek group, offering females online courses in the computer and technical domain, subsequently becoming a role model for countless IT-focused females in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Academic Journey: My career encompasses diverse roles at Taif University, where I served as the Dean of Library Affairs, Dean of University Studies, and Associate Professor of Web Technology. My ability to navigate complex academic environments, drive technological advancements, and contribute to strategic visions has been a key aspect of my professional journey.

• Innovations: My technology innovation and research background includes designing, developing, and implementing over 20 electronic systems. These contributions have advanced areas such as security models, web systems, and support for special needs. I am proud to hold multiple patents and copyrights, translating research into practical applications that make a difference in society.
